HAPPINESS

According to an internet article there are seven habits to make people happier. 
Firstly it says that we must have a productive life doing our obligations but in a comfortable way and accepting only new things we will be motivated doing, for the simple reason that we will get better results. Many studies suggest that having nothing to do can be bad, we all must have goals in our life, not necessary big dreams but simple things that you love doing: one instance could be eating at your favourite restaurant, listening music... 
Another habit to increase your happiness is having five close relationships because researches shows that having true friends can help us live longer with a higher quality of life.
Incidentally, we must not forget exercie, no matter how much you hate it, it will makes you feel better and improves your body image.
Whenever you can you have to spend money on experiences and travelling around the world, I claim doing it is always a good idea.
