I've always thought that people who get successful is because of his or her IQ until I've seen this video. This woman explains that grit is more important than all the other things and I agree with her.
In my opinion every single human has abilities to practice the profession he or she wantS, it can be difficult but if you really want it you will fight for it. I think we have to try things once, twice and a lot of times until you get it. Maybe you can fail the first time but you must learn about your mistakes and the second time you'll try it you won't do those ones.
We all have strength to face the problems, it is true that there are people for whom it's easier to do it but if not, life will teach you.
